  • Standard antivirus / endpoint protection
  • Baseline Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace security configuration (no ongoing tuning, monitoring, or enforcement)

Monitoring & Alerting

  • 24×7 device monitoring and alerting
  • 24×7 server monitoring and alerting

Network Security Infrastructure Management

  • Basic availability monitoring of the primary firewall or gateway device (up/down status only)
  • Notification of detected connectivity outages affecting the site
  • Escalation to Client-designated contact when network connectivity loss is identified

Support Model (All Plans)

  • Managed Services include unlimited remote support during regular business hours and onsite incident response for system availability or operational restoration when remote access is unavailable.
  • Devices beyond the included per-user limit may result in pricing adjustments in accordance with the Client Services Agreement.
  • Services are subject to reasonable use as defined in the Client Services Agreement
  • After-hours support available at preferred client rates
  • Project work, major upgrades, and migrations are scoped and quoted separately

Optional Add-On Services (Limited Availability)

Add-ons are available only for services that do not materially alter the security posture of the environment.

  • Additional backup storage: $100/TB
  • Security awareness training: $4/User

Advanced security services (SOC, SIEM, ITDR, PAM, vCIO) are available exclusively within Secure and Complete plans to ensure consistent protection and supportability
