Backup, Resilience & Continuity
- Managed server backup (1TB pooled storage per server)
- Backup monitoring and failure alerting

Strategy, Reporting & Vendor Management
- Quarterly executive summary reporting
- Incident-based vendor coordination related to managed services (ISP, firewall, or security vendors)
Enhanced Network Security Management

Onsite & Dedicated Technician Services (Add-On)
Onsite work is considered project-based or dedicated labor and is not included in managed service plans.
- Standard onsite technician: $1,000 per full day (up to 8 hours)
- Senior / project technician: $1,400 per full day (up to 8 hours)
- Multi-day engagements may be discounted when scheduled consecutively
- Emergency or short-notice onsite work may incur a premium
Optional Add-On Services (Limited Availability)
Add-ons are available only for services that do not materially alter the security posture of the environment.
- Additional backup storage: $100/TB
- Security awareness training: $4/User
Advanced security services (SOC, SIEM, ITDR, PAM, vCIO) are available exclusively within Secure and Complete plans to ensure consistent protection and supportability.

- Annual prepay option available (one base month free)
- Annual prepay reflects current usage only. Usage increases during the term will be invoiced separately in accordance with the Client Services Agreement
Additional Notes
- Managed Services include unlimited remote support during regular business hours and onsite incident response when necessary to restore normal operations and remote access is unavailable.
- Devices beyond the included per-user limit may result in pricing adjustments in accordance with the Client Services Agreement.
- SOC-backed services provide continuous monitoring and escalation; SOC contacts Crimson Tech if automated remediation is not successful.
- Disaster recovery and business continuity planning includes advisory guidance, documentation, and high-level strategy recommendations. It does not include guaranteed failover capability, continuous replication, or automated disaster recovery unless expressly stated and separately contracted.
- Security incident response includes technical investigation, containment, and remediation of incidents affecting systems managed by Crimson Tech. Incident response does not include forensic investigations, legal or regulatory analysis, breach notification services, cyber insurance claims assistance, compliance reporting, or coordination with law enforcement unless separately scoped and contracted.
- Secure Managed IT includes security monitoring and response for systems managed by Crimson Tech. It does not include advanced log retention, SIEM analytics, or long-term security trend analysis unless contracted under Complete Secure IT.
- Routine, proactive, or architectural network changes are not included and are available in Complete Secure IT.
- Services are subject to reasonable use as defined in the Client Services Agreement.
- After-hours support available at preferred client rates.
- Project work, major upgrades, and migrations are scoped and quoted separately.
- Pricing assumes standardized, low-complexity site networks. Significant changes to site complexity or scope may require pricing adjustment upon renewal or mutual agreement.
